For celebrating St Patrick´s Day a health and easy dessert you can do is this avocado cream..
Have you ever seen an avocado tree? They are huge..I had a good time in my childhood climbing into these big ones.
Avocado Cream

1 medium avocado pitted and peeled * (size of your closed hand).

1 tablespoon of sugar
-
drops of lemon
-
More or less 1/4 cup of milk
-
grated lemon peel to decorate
Mix the all above ingredients in a blender and bit by bit add some milk until it gets the consistence desired..When adding more milk you will have a delicious green milkshake!
Another delicious way but more caloric instead is adding condensed milk instead of sugar.
Ps. the avocado should not be so hard, to know that, press it very gently. It must be a bit soft. You can buy it hard and wait some days (2 or 3), it will get more soft, and ready to eat.
It is important to serve it just after it has been prepared, otherwise it will oxidize and will get an ugly brown color!
*For a beautiful and more rustic presentation, serve it in its own peel, as you can see on the picture below.
