The first day of the year was also the first anniversary of Be Sweetli.
Looking back on all the courses that I did and sweets that I made, I am very pleased with the goals that I have achieved and receiving a great feedback.
This year I want to bake more (carved) cakes and confections and work more on this blog.

Therefore I think it's very important to invest in a more powerful camera .. and also in a larger oven.

A Santa Claus carved cake completely edible from head to toe .. I followed the workshop with Vera Madeira in São Paulo, Brazil.
